For more than 30 years, with camera in hand, I have sought out the most dramatic, compelling scenes throughout the West hoping to instill a sense of wonder and respect for the world around us. I have been published worldwide in the pages of National Geographic, Ranger Rick, Sports Afield and Outdoor Life magazines, as well as countless books and calendars. And for 3 years was honored by the BBC's 'Wildlife Photographer of the Year' competition, the most prestigious of it's kind. More than 32,000 entries from 78 countries of the world result in a beautiful coffee table book featuring 100 of the finest images. I have also worked in documentary television for National Geographic, ABC-Kane and most recently PBS Nature as a cameraman for a one hour film about the Grizzlies of Yellowstone entitled "The Good, The Bad and the Grizzly". In 2003 I was awarded Best of Show at the 'International Wildlife Film Festival' for music video. I make my home in the Yellowstone ecosystem near Jackson Hole.
